Our customer base spans wide across Dorset, Somerset, Devon and Hampshire. We have a diverse list of suppliers, which helps with the very weather dependant nature of the trade. This ensures our customers receive seasonal, local fresh produce with which to create fantastic dishes.
The fish is transported in refrigerated vans from all across the South Coast and is then graded at our purpose built factory in Gore Cross, Bridport. It is then prepared to the individual chef’s highest specifications, by our highly experienced team of filleters, who have all passed their basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Many of our customers have received accolades with the help of our products. Some of our most prestigious customers have achieved the finest awards. One of which is Sienna Restaurant in Dorchester the first Michelin Star restaurant in Dorset for 23 years.
