With just a handful of customers locally it would have been very easy and comfortable to continue with small time production. However, as a company we were keen to expand, as well as keeping the loyalties of our local customers.

The time for change and moving forward had to come. With more and more demand from some of the best chefs wanting to use our fish we slowly expanded. Increasing our sales team and putting more vans on the road meant that there were almost no restrictions on where our fish could be delivered and where our sales team were allowed to venture!

We have grown over the past seven years covering an area from Dorset, where we are based, to Devon, Somerset & Hampshire. This is a large area that is heavily filled with Pubs, Schools, Colleges, Retirement Homes, Retailers and fine Restaurants. The areas are split into routes with very experienced drivers that know their way around. This then adds the personal touch that when the fish arrives it will be with the same friendly face each time.

Deliveries are Monday to Saturday and we try to reach all of our customers before 12pm, although sometimes this may not be the case with traffic and weather depending! We understand that all customers are different and have different delivery arrangements and anything we can do we will.
