All fresh fish is subject to availability. Information, pricing and details are as accurate and as complete as possible.

All of the fresh fish in our online store is supplied to a high quality specification.

Although Samways do not offer a money back guarantee, we will however endeavour to resolve any issues that customers may have if they are not entirely happy with their order.

Credit card payments are processed when your order is complete.

When your order is complete we will send it in leakproof, strong, polystyrene boxes packed with ice gel packs. Orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday will be delivered the following day.

Unfortunately because of the nature of the product we are selling and the fast turn around of orders we are unable to accept cancellations therefore the customer will be charged by credit card for the order that has been placed.

Samways reserve the right to refuse orders.
