Prawn Pops with a Sesame and Coriander Dip


• 200g of peeled Tiger Prawns
• 2 Tbsp Sesame Paste
• Salt
• Pepper
• Bread Crumbs
• Sesame Seeds


In a food processor mix the Tiger Prawns and Sesame Paste to a chunky paste, and season with salt and pepper.
Spoon the mix into small balls and place in the freezer for 30-40 mins.
Remove the balls from the freezer, roll them in a mix of Bread Crumbs and Sesame Seeds and deep fry in Virgin Ground Nut Oil at 165C, don’t forget to season with Sea Salt when golden brown.
Serve with your favourite dip, why not try a Tomatillo Salsa Verde?
