Our Cornish Manilla Clams are Live and absolutely delicious. These are sourced in the Fowey area which is the same location as we source our Cornish Mussels.

Cornish Mussels from the Fowey estuary. These mussels are available all year round, but do vary in size, depending on the time of year. These are very easy to cook up and will please any guest you may be dining with. We recommend 400g Per Portion.

Lyme Bay Lobsters come in daily from local fishermen. The size of the Lobsters are graded into 500g-1.25kg & 1.25kg+. We recommend you state in the optional data / comments your required size and we will try to source it for you.
