LymeBay Scallops
Our Lyme Bay Scallops are all fished for by our local scallop’s boat from Lyme Regis. Chris Wason and is crew fish everyday and in all weather to bring us the freshest scallops possible. They are all cut in house everyday and also are available in the shell.
We do have a diver who hand picks us the scallops from the beds of Lulworth cove and these are very weather dependant please respect that they are available but we do need a little notice.

Hand Dived Scallops are environmentally friendly with our diver hand picking at every opportunity he gets. It is only possible to dive at the right tide and when the visibility is good. Our diver is constantly checking the conditions.
